ASSOCIATE DENTIST

We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our fast growing incredible practice!

Three years ago, I made the commitment to take on my first associate doctor to help my practice grow.  I can say with 100% certainty that my commitment to her success has been a blessing to us both. It has helped her grow as a clinician and prepared her to operate/maintain an office team that functions at a very high level. In return, I too, have also grown as a clinician/mentor and discovered my impact on others can be the most significant through my team….not through me individually.

We provide our patients with
these services on a regular basis:

• Implants (Placement and restoration)
• All on 4 (Placement and restoration)
• Surgical ext’s and bone grafts
• Invisalign
• RCT
• Full mouth restorative cases (Phase 1, 2 and 3 to include complex VDO cases)
• CEREC crowns and FPD’s, Composite restorations
• Other general dentistry procedures

We are seeking a dynamic Dental Assistant/Cerec Assistant to join our team!
You will be a key contributor to making our dental practice run efficiently by being a standout team member and working together for phenomenal patient outcomes.  You will be responsible for performing or assisting all the following:

What is required to Make a Great
“IMPRESSION” on Our Team?

• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills along with experience in assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
• You must be skilled and have excellent attention to detail for handling patient charting and doctor/clinical notes
• High quality control for preparing or sterilizing instruments and other dental equipment.
• Strong background in taking dental radiographs, taking dental impressions
• Working with Cerec dental technology
• Compassionate manner in all patient interactions including: asking medical history, taking blood pressure and pulse, providing patients instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
• You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, yet fun and energetic environment, all while maintaining electronic records for patient interactions
• You need to exhibit a strong working knowledge of all the latest dental technologies

Qualifications

So How Can You “FILL” This Role?

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is an absolute must along with an appropriate certification
• At least 1 year of dental office experience (preference will be given to candidates with Cerec experience) but not required
• Knowledge of dental software, Microsoft Office programs, as well as ability to rapidly learn new programs as needed
