Everyone here is so polite and helpful! I enjoyed my first experience at Southeastern Dental Center. I love how they made me feel so welcome and treated me so well!

From the moment I entered the building until I left, I felt their genuine willingness to help me. The dental assistant was great, the dentist was thorough and not rushed—he took the time to explain my options as he examined the issue. The young lady who checked me out went over everything with me in detail. I even left there remembering three of their names! I would definitely recommend Southeastern Dental.

Sean Jeppesen is an amazing dentist and human being! He did such a great job talking me through the process and executing an eight-hour day in the chair relatively painlessly. His assistant was equally impressive in both skill and chairside manner. I’ll be back for another round in a week and will be a client for life.

I went in for my 6-month cleaning, and as usual, everyone in the office was so nice. My dental hygienist is absolutely amazing. I was pleasantly surprised that she remembered something that was going on in my life since my last cleaning. She’s gentle and explains exactly what she’s going to do before she does it. Absolutely the best!

I had an amazing experience at Southeastern Dental today. I was able to schedule my appointment within a day. The receptionist was friendly, and the building and interior were clean. The environment was warm and inviting. Special thanks to Adrianna and Ebony for giving me the royal treatment! The doctor was also very nice and personable. The ladies did a wonderful job—top-tier service!

Man, oh man! What an AWESOME team Southeastern has! I was so nervous when I went to the Columbus location for my first appointment. Kaylee was the sweetest guide and assistant I’ve ever experienced in all my years of visiting different dentistry offices! I was immediately relieved from my anxiety by her kind and warm welcome. They did X-rays and came up with a dental plan quickly. They went above and beyond to help me with financing options, and I even got a gift that day!

From the moment they answered the phone to the moment I sat in the chair, the Southeastern Dental team exuded excellent service and hospitality. They make the extra effort to get to know you as a person and to learn how best to help you with both the issue you came in for (in my case, a broken tooth) and your long-term care. It’s been a great experience.

After a really bad experience with my former dentist, I decided to try Southeastern Dental. I felt at ease as soon as they called me back. Everything was explained to me in detail, and Elisabeth is amazing—she kept me informed and checked to see if I was doing okay often. The overall feeling in this place is comfort, and the staff is wonderful!

The best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. They got to know me and shared with me about themselves. It blew my mind how comfortable I was during the whole visit. I received a walkthrough tour and also a gift bag 🎁 with a great gift. The VIP folder has a lot of goodies that we can earn for accomplishing certain things. It was a great experience!

As always, the visit to the dentist’s office for a regular cleaning went very smoothly. I had a new hygienist, Stephanie, and she could not have done a better job. As a former teacher, I very rarely gave out A+, but Stephanie deserves an A+++. Sean Jep… was also very thorough with his exam. Southeastern Dental is the place to go—efficient, courteous staff, the best hygienist ever, and they always seem to genuinely care about their patients. Thanks!
